AHS VACCINATION STATUS SURVEY 

Please note that an AHS Vaccination survey was sent to all Trainers on 2 September 2022. 

The deadline is close of business on 9 September 2022.  Currently only 39 of the 114 Trainers have completed the survey.   The link will be resent to the Trainers that have not as yet completed the survey. 

We urge all trainers to attend to this as soon as possible, as this is critical data required by the NHA for AHS surveillance.  This survey should not take longer than 3 minutes to complete.
