At the Special General Meeting held today at the Head Office of the NHA, the three resolutions were voted upon as follows:

 The changes to the Constitution will be with immediate effect.  

In terms of Clause 14.3.1 of the amended Constitution, the two National Board Directors who will serve on the Nominations Committee will be Mr Rikesh Sewgoolam (Member) and Mr N Nalliah (Independent). 

The process as per resolution 3 in terms of Clauses 14.3.2, 14.3.3 and 14.3.4 of the amended Constitution will commence tomorrow and shall be finalised by 15 December 2021.
