The National Horseracing Authority confirms that the registered name of the following horse has been changed with immediate effect:

APACHE SQUAW bay filly, sired by THE APACHE, out of the mare, CHESTNUT CHIP, foaled on 7 October 2015, bred by Mesdames S du Preez & G L Hannah and Mr S T Kelly, has been changed to that of APACHE DREAM.
