Notice is hereby given that the One Hundred and Forty Fourth Annual General Meeting of Members will be held at the offices of The National Horseracing Authority, Turf Club Street, Turffontein, on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 at 12h00 to transact the following business:
- To consider and confirm the Minutes of the 143rd Annual General Meeting of Members held on Wednesday, 15 January 2025.
- To consider the Report of the Chairperson of the National Board of Directors for the year ended 31 July 2025.
- To receive and consider the audited Annual Financial Statements of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa (“NHA”) for the period ended 31 July 2025.
- To approve the appointment or re-appointment of the Auditors for the NHA.
- To transact any other business which may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
